Warranty Policy

Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy. RIDEMANILA will assist customers with warranty concerns but does not provide direct warranty on items sold.

Some manufacturers offer additional warranty term that covers against merchandise defects. To know more about the warranty requirements and coverage for a specific item, you may send us a message, contact the manufacturer, or visit their website. Should you need assistance with troubleshooting procedures or an assessment of your item, please contact us at sales@ridemanila.com for a technical evaluation.

Please note that warranty processing may take four (4) to eight (8) weeks and will be subject to the manufacturer's policies and discretion. Manufacturer warranties do not cover defects determined to be caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or due to customer negligence.

Used or Damaged Merchandise

Merchandise which has been tested or taken out for a ride is considered used and cannot be returned. Items or parts which shows signs of use or wear will also not be accepted for returns. We encourage you to fit, try or test your items before using them on a ride, or on the bike.

Apparels must be packed in their original garment bag and include all original tags.

Helmets must be shipped back in the original helmet bag, box and include all original paperwork and accessories.

Electronics that have been removed from packaging or manufacturer seal broken is non-returnable.

Parts and accessories that have been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.

Tools or chemicals that have been opened or seal broken is non-returnable.

Open box items whereby the packaging have been destroyed are not returnable.

Returned unused items with missing or damaged packaging, tags, components, or hangers may be returned to the customer. Shipping costs to be incurred both ways - for the item return and the send back - may be charged to the customer.
